You can do this by setting SA_SimpleRefresh, TRUE and WA_BackFill,
LAYERS_NOBACKFILL... Simple refresh is important! Original AmigaOS v3.0/v3.1
can not have transparent windows if you will not set this, MCP QuickLayers
patch is fixing this and then it's possible to have transparent window even
in smart refresh mode... But this is static transparent window. If you will
move any window behind our "transparent" window trick will be visible to the
user.
